Established with a passion for delivering high-quality, delicious pizzas, New York Pizza has grown into one of the country’s leading pizza chains. With their inspiring and humorous marketing campaigns, they aim to reach a wide target audience that wants to enjoy one of their many great pizzas.
New York Pizza was achieving great results with their organic content on TikTok, building a community and creating real connections with their followers. However, in their paid advertisements on the platform, the results were lower than expected. There was a significant difference between the organic content and the paid content, with the paid content often being too polished. In order to improve the paid advertising metrics and results, a switch had to be made in the content strategy.
Firstly, it was important to analyze the best-performing organic content. We identified certain trends and concepts that could be repurposed for paid advertisements. Together with For You Agency, new creatives were created that felt authentic and organic. Along with a new ad account structure, the key KPIs were improved by 60-80% (Key KPIs: CTR, CPC, Cost of Landing Page View). The results were monitored daily, and every week improvements were made to the content based on the best-performing videos, ultimately improving results even further. Due to the lowering costs, the results were approximately twice as good with the exact same monthly budget.
